Study in Canada Scholarships

Study in Canada Scholarships

The Study in Canada Scholarships (SICS) enables Canadian to host international students for short-term academic or research exchanges. Funded by Global Affairs Canada, SICS aims to enhance and expand Canada's international relationships and collaborations.

These scholarships will help establish new connections, enriching Canada's educational partnerships with a variety of countries. This will result in stronger bilateral relationships, enhanced cultural understanding, and increased interactions between Canada and the participating nations.

Canadian institutions that wish to partake in the program should inform their faculty, staff, and partner institutions about it. International institutions are encouraged to form student exchange agreements with Canadian universities to facilitate sending students to Canada. Students interested in studying or researching in Canada for a short duration should check the eligibility requirements and reach out to their institution's international office for application instructions. Ultimately, Canadian institutions will apply on behalf of qualified students.
