- UQ Vice-Chancellor’s Scholarship: August – November (Limited to the annual income from the fund)

- Value: $3,000
- Payment: Scholarship awardees will receive payment from UQ following the academic census date of their first semester of study. Money will be transferred into the Australian bank account that each beneficiary has designated.

- Program Period: 1 year
- Science International Scholarship: This $3,000 grant is only available to students who are enrolled in UQ's science department.
- UQ Vice-Chancellor’s Scholarship: This esteemed prize is given to deserving students in various fields and has a changeable value depending on funding availability.
- Must be enrolled in Australia as an international student.
- In order to fulfill the requirements of a UQ offer of scholarship, submit all supporting documentation by the deadline.
- Provide evidence of your excellent academic standing while applying to the UQ program.
- enrolling in a full-time program lasting longer than a year that is run by the UQ Faculty of Science.
- be enrolled to their studies at UQ for the first time.
- Students who are enrolled in non-award, Study
- Abroad, or Exchange programs, or who wish to change their program, are not eligible.
- Start your studies in the semester that the offer letter from UQ specifies.
- Make an effort to finish the study program effectively.
- Permit UQ to use your name, picture, and degree program name in publications.
- Give a reference and a picture that is appropriate for publishing.
- Attain a minimum ATAR of 99.90, or above.
- Finish Year 12 in 2022 (or 2023 if you're taking a gap year).
- Either of these must be true:
- an Australian permanent resident or bearer of an Australian humanitarian visa.
- a New Zealand citizen, an Australian permanent resident, or an overseas student who has finished their 11th and 12th years of school in Australia.
- have only taken postsecondary courses as part of their Year 11–12 coursework.
- By December 18, 2024, submit an application for a postsecondary place through QTAC, designating UQ as the first priority.
- Plan to start an undergraduate program at UQ full-time in 2024 (or 2025 if you're delaying).
- Submit a formal application for an undergraduate or graduate degree at UQ
- Get an offer and your UQ student ID number.
- Fill out the online application for the Science International Scholarship:
- Application Form Apply by 5 p.m. (AEST) on the day before the scholarship ends.
